Terms of Service.

This website is run by Jana's Luxuries Enterprise, a business registered in Ghana (Reg. No. BN553521225), trading as Jana's Luxuries. Our shop is at UNN. House, close to Assakae Christian Faith, Assakae, Takoradi, Western Region, Ghana.

When you place an order and your payment is confirmed, we will contact you on the phone number you gave us to arrange delivery.

Sometimes we cannot complete an order, for example if an item is no longer available. If that happens, we will tell you and refund what you paid for that item.

All prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Orders are paid for online before delivery, with Mobile Money or card through Paystack. We do not offer pay on delivery. A delivery fee applies and depends on your location.

We deliver nationwide, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders are delivered on the next Tuesday or Friday after your order, usually within 1 to 4 days, depending on when you place your order.

Please give a complete, correct delivery address and a phone number we can reach. We cannot be responsible for a delay or a failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

You can ask to return an item within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns requested after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

If we accept a return, we will agree a refund or an exchange with you directly. To cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Whether we can cancel depends on whether your order has already been sent out.

We try to show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Please use this website lawfully. Do not misuse it, try to interfere with it, or copy our photos and text without our permission.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Ghanaian law that cannot be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
